IHLIA IS OPEN AGAIN

IHLIA has been open to the public again. The book collection on the 3rd floor can be consulted 7 days a week without reservation. This also applies to our exhibitions.

At the moment it is limited to view requested materials on the IHLIA plaza. This requires an appointment with one of our information staff.

The services are custom-made to meet your personal needs. The urgency, available time, resources and manpower are being considered. IHLIA is always available digitally. You can reach us by mail at info@ihlia.nl and our website.

This measure is important because we take the health and safety of our employees seriously. We continue to do our utmost to support you despite these difficult times. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Visiting is possible if all rules are observed:

You can only come if you do not have a cold.
Keep a distance of 1.5 meters and follow the instructions posted in the building.

How to access our collection

The IHLIA collection contains rare documents. To safeguard the quality of our collection, and due to copyright and privacy issues, you may peruse all the material, but only at our location. On your request, we prepare everything you need.

The most recent and sought-after books in the collection are found in our book cabinets at the IHLIA plaza (3rd floor of the OBA in Amsterdam). More information you can find at our Information desk.
